Dynamic Chain Engagement+

The Shimano Dynamic Chain engagement system is based on a special profile of the teeth to be used in single crown configurations for XC, Enduro and Trail Riding. The system increases the chain retention force and allows a more fluid ride even on a disconnected bottom. The greatest chain retention capacity reduces abrasion and wear.
